Sell him an Interactive Extra MCSA programme, consisting of 5 MCP courses.
Each course is part-time, one evening a week, using self-study combined with
online training.
He receives his study materials (with your companys branding) then registers
through our online portal (also with your company's branding).
Each week he attends a scheduled 2-hour, live and interactive online tutorial,
delivered by one of our experienced instructors, where he will be able to ask
questions and interact with other students. Before the next tutorial, he
takes a short online Progress Test to highlight any problems he may be
having. He can submit questions online at any time through our mentor
service .
He gets hands-on practical experience on the systems that he is studying by
working in our online virtual lab environment (VLE) which he can use at times
to suit him, including weekends.
You can track the progress of your student throughout through our online
learning management system, viewing his attendance, test scores, and mentor
questions.
Your customer has a background in IT, preparing to return to work after a break
of a few years. She wants to update her skills and qualifications
quickly, without the time and expense involved in attending scheduled courses,
but she feels that she needs some support as well as access to up-to-date
technologies.

Enrol her on an Online Extra programme with added VLE access. She can
study at home, at her own pace; there are no scheduled tutorials.
Whenever she has a question, she can get help through the online mentor
service; she can practice on the relevant systems using the virtual lab
environment; as well as assessing her readiness through our online tests.
You can also follow her progress using our learning management system, enabling
you to offer the help, advice and encouragement that are key to developing
customer loyalty and repeat business.
Not a hard sell!
We think our integrated:learning system is great. We hope you do
too. But how do you sell the idea to prospective customers? We can
help. Every Friday afternoon we run free demonstration tutorial sessions
for prospective students. It is provides an excellent overview of the
system and is a powerful selling tool.
We can also provide pre-sales support by talking through technical issues with
your prospective customers. We do this only with your permission and
acting as your agents.
Remember, N+S only provides its products and services through training
providers. We are an IT training support company. We do not sell
directly to students or the members of the general public. Any products
